We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in original condition.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at magnetbooth@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
